In 1993, Spectrum entered into the Artist and Tour Catering Business, commonly referred to as "Backstage Catering." This discipline requires a management team and staff dedicated to detail, who remains flexible in their approach and understanding of the challenges that are usually beyond their control.

Since 1993, Spectrum has built this segment of its business into one carrying the deserved reputation as THE industry leader in the country. Serving Amphitheaters and four-walled buildings, we have proven that we can make any venue our home town.

In our continued growth, we have become the preeminent Festival Caterer anywhere. Serving the Grandest of the Grand: Bonnaroo Music Festival, Vegoose, Austin City Limits Music Festival, George Strait Festival Tour, Rockfest, Country Fest, Rock the Rockies and the Smokies, and Lollapallooza just get us started.

Spectrum's performance in the kitchen, in the dressing room, and in the dining room has earned many a standing ovation.
