National Sporting Events

Spectrum has a wide variety of experience in catering, concession and event production for local and national sporting events. Whether we are catering to celebrities backstage, offering our concession services to the general public or helping an organization through the many production aspects of a sporting event, Spectrum brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Our PGA Golf events are a great reference to our national exposure. We have also had the good fortune to work with the 2002 United States Davis Cup Tennis Tournament - United States vs. Spain; Houston Texans; 2004 Major League Baseball All Star Game; MTV Sports Challenge; The NFL Experience on Tour; The Spirit International World Amateur Golf Championship; US Men's Clay Court Championships; US National Diving Championships and most recently Super Bowl XXXVIII.

Our concession operation during Super Bowl XXXVIII took place in Downtown Houston where the city hosted The Main Event, attracting hundreds of thousands of spectators and patrons to the celebration. Spectrum managed all on street concessions producing more than $1 million in gross sales! We repeated these successes again at Super Bowl XXXIX in Jacksonville.

In addition to the various sporting events and attractions that Spectrum produces, we also have the resources and experience to contract and produce some of the largest entertainers in the country!

Mega super stars such as Brooks and Dunn and Huey Lewis to classic rock entertainers Three Dog Night and The Pointer Sisters as well country legend Willie Nelson, are just a few on our list.
